Your account security and data privacy are non-negotiable. We encrypt all transactions between your device and our servers, verify every withdrawal against your registered payment method, and keep your personal information in…

Encryption & Transfer Security

All deposits and withdrawals use industry-standard TLS encryption. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transfers are routed through certified banking gateways; we never store your full payment credentials.

Withdrawal Verification

Every withdrawal is verified against your registered payment method before processing. This step takes 1–5 minutes and protects your funds from unauthorized transfers. You can view verification status in your transaction history.

Cookie & Tracking Policies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how you navigate the lobby. You can disable non-essential cookies in Settings > Privacy. Disabling them will not affect core account functions.

Data Retention & Archival

Answers to your account and data questions

These are the questions we hear most from account holders in Semarang and across Indonesia. They cover your rights, how we use your information, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy & Legal and select 'Request Data Export', or email [email protected] with 'Data Export Request' in the subject line. We'll send you a complete, portable record of your identity, account history, transactions and device logs within 30 days. The file is encrypted and sent to your registered email address.

When you close your account through Settings > Account > Close Account, your balance is withdrawn to your registered payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank transfer). We retain transaction records for 2 years for legal and tax compliance, then securely archive or delete personal data. You can request closure immediately; we process it within 24 hours.

Every withdrawal is checked against your registered payment method to prevent fraud and unauthorized transfers. This verification step protects your funds and complies with banking standards. The process takes 1–5 minutes. You can check the status of any withdrawal in your transaction history under 'Pending' or 'Completed'.

New-device logins are flagged for your security. You'll receive a verification code via email or SMS. Enter it to confirm the login. This two-factor step protects your account from unauthorized access. If you don't recognize the device, reject the attempt and contact support immediately to review your account activity.

We collect your name, email, phone number, address, date of birth and payment details to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, and comply with local law. We also log your device type, IP address and login times for fraud prevention. We never sell your data to third parties or use it for marketing outside sugarwin without your explicit consent.

We investigate within 2 hours and can freeze your account, reverse unauthorized transactions, or lock payments while we review.
